Before submitting a request, prepare to provide:

✅ Wyoming, Nebraska, and/or Colorado routes
✅ Travel dates
✅ Load dimensions
✅ Vehicle information
✅ Contact information
✅ Permit information (if applicable)
Important Information
Line Manipulation
Only High West Energy employees are authorized to raise or lower power lines, remove equipment, or perform any work involving cooperative-owned infrastructure.
Load movers are not authorized to manipulate electrical facilities.
Fees
Oversized and overheight load requests are subject to a $750 route review fee.
The fee must be paid before a clearance letter is released.
An invoice will be provided after route approval.
Advance Notice Required
High West Energy requires adequate notice to review routes and coordinate any necessary work.
Please note that High West Energy offices are closed on Fridays.
