High West Energy is a member-owned electric utility co-op based in Pine Bluffs, WY. Serving customers in Wyoming, Nebraska and Colorado, High West Energy serves nearly 10,000 member accounts (residential homes, business and government facilities) in a service territory spanning more than 4,200 square miles.
Our Promise

Founded in 1937 as the Rural Electric Company, the organization changed its name to High West Energy in 1999 and continues its tradition of safe, friendly, reliable service that rests on excellent customer satisfaction.
