Traditional Residential

Traditional Residential Rates

Our standard residential rate is designed for homes and residential properties with typical electric usage patterns. This rate provides a straightforward billing structure based on monthly energy consumption.

You pay the same rate all the time, no matter when you’re using electricity. Your bill will fluctuate along with the season.

Billing: Traditional

Your bill is rendered monthly after your use of our electric service and includes a grid access charge, energy charges based on electricity usage (kWh), and a demand charge based on your highest level of electricity use during the billing period.

Residential Time of Day

Residential Time of Day Rates

Time of Day rates offer different energy prices depending on when electricity is used. Members who can shift energy use to off-peak periods may be able to reduce their monthly electric costs while helping balance demand on the electric system.

Best For: Members with flexible schedules who can shift activities such as laundry, dishwashing, electric vehicle charging, or other large electric loads to off-peak hours.

Best For: Members who prefer pay-as-you-go service and want to actively monitor their electricity usage and account balance.
