To the applicant: This section is required and must be completed in the format provided. If incomplete, your application will not be evaluated. This section is to be completed by a high school or college counselor or advisor, an instructor, or a work supervisor who knows you well.

To the referrer: You have been asked to provide a letter of recommendation in support of this scholarship application process. This form refers to both our general scholarship and our line worker scholarship. Please upload your recommendation letter below. 

If you need guidance while writing your letter, consider addressing the applicant’s:

     -Achievements and extracurricular involvement

     -Ability to set realistic, attainable goals

     -Work ethic and motivation

     -Problem-solving skills

     -Character and integrity

     -Community involvement
