Rebate Eligibility Checklist
Before making your purchase, ensure your upgrade meets our standard qualification criteria:
- Cooperative Membership: You must be an active member of High West Energy.
- Service Location: The appliance or equipment must be installed in a property actively served by High West Energy.
- 90-Day Window: You must notify us and submit your rebate request form within 90 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of Purchase & Installation: You must provide a clear copy of the original receipt and documentation showing the item's model number.
