Smart thermostats help improve comfort and reduce energy use by automatically adjusting temperature settings based on occupancy and preferences. This rebate is available for qualifying ENERGY STAR® certified models.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Thermostat must be ENERGY STAR® certified and installed at member consumer account
  • Limit of 2 thermostats per member account for standard/low-voltage applications 
  • Limit of 5 thermostats per member account for line-voltage applications 

INCENTIVE OVERVIEW:

  • $25/thermostat
  • $50 when member-consumer is participating in a managed member system program (Time-of-Day)

Rebate Eligibility Checklist

Before making your purchase, ensure your upgrade meets our standard qualification criteria:

  • Cooperative Membership: You must be an active member of High West Energy.
  • Service Location: The appliance or equipment must be installed in a property actively served by High West Energy.
  • Energy Star Certification: The equipment must be ENERGY STAR® certified or meet qualifying model guidelines.

  • 90-Day Window: You must notify us and submit your rebate request form within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a clear copy of the original receipt and documentation showing the item's model number.
